our custom board doesn’t have the provision to turn on the rootport and endpoint separetly. Both at a time will powered on.
So, for the PCIe configuration, after the booting of both boards, so, we are configuring the endpoint and restarting the rootport.
Most of the times, we are getting this error.
Sometimes, only the rootport is able to detect the endpoint.
So, is there any suggestions.

I don’t know why do you only share one log here because we have both RP and EP. You should share log from both side.

Hi @kayccc, I have reversed the settings, what I have made for HDMI. So, after that, PCIe to PCIe communication on custom board is working fine but one difference is there, i.e speed, the speed is 1.6 gt/s from rootport to endpoint with dummy data and on Dev-kit, it is 13 gt/s. So, is there any suggestion for that?
