When the Google drive does not scan the files which are more than 100MB, then there should be a file size restriction on file upload and as well as on file sharing from insternal and external domain both.
For eg: the restriction should be on less than 100MB. If rule is create for 50MB then user should get a notification that it is more than 50MB so it would not be uploaded / shared.
This feature is very much require as per the security perspective
