Any luck with this one? I’m running into the same issue. I’ve tried refreshing, copying, reconnecting data source, waiting a day…nothing works. Considering giving up on this tool.
I found that multiple users are viewing your report. Are you editing it at the same time? If so, I believe that is the reason.
It was a new report that hadn’t been shared yet. I eventually found a way to avoid the error. I had copied a chart and made edits to a new version to show some breakouts and the error happened every time. Instead of copying and editing, I rebuilt the chart from scratch and the error went away.

The idea was shared by my instructor at LeWagon
Instead of changing the existing chart, can you try to delete it and recreate a fresh chart on it’s place.
